Lime Thai Express is truly an exquisite restaurant with amazing staff. Whilst I ate the food at this restaurant I was fondly reminded of my late hella fit Thai wife who had a chopper which i was not aware of until the following years after we had married. Anyway, the food is truly an amazing experience and it made me quite honestly cry. I was aroused at the smell / taste of the food. This is a 10/10 and i will be ensuring that my family hear good things about the mob down at the Aberfoyle Hub. Kind Regards Leao

Got takeaway from here. Pad Thai, satay chicken, rice and spring rolls, all were a generous serve and very tasty. Wait time was reasonable given how busy it was, probably about 20 mins. Lost a star cause the place appeared very messy.

Words can not express my feelings towards the food served at this establishment. When I took the first bite of that Vietnamese roll, I felt as if I had ascended to a higher place. The roll itself was at the perfect level of crunchiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The staff could not have been nicer, they took my order with care and made sure it was given to me at the highest standard. If I could choose to eat at any location in the world, it would be at Lime Thai Express.

Ever since my dear mother passed away (she was a fiery woman, taken too soon in what we now refer to as "the Great Gang Violence Incident of 2018"), I’ve been on a quest to find something spicy enough to match her energy. Enter the Drunken Noodles. The first bite hit me like a round of warning shots outside a liquor store — hot, unexpected, and oddly exhilarating. Halfway through the plate, my eyes started watering — but not from the spice. I swear I heard her voice: "Don’t wimp out now, I didn’t raise no flavorless fool!" That’s when I knew this wasn’t just food. It was therapy, spiritual healing, and possibly an out-of-body experience all in one convenient takeout container. The staff were friendly, the decor tastefully lime-green (shocking but sincere), and the iced Thai tea was strong enough to wash down both the heat and the emotional baggage I brought in. Final verdict? Lime Thai Express didn’t just feed me — it brought me closer to closure. And probably closer to needing a nap. Or a séance. P.S. Mom always said, “If it ain’t spicy enough to make you cry, it ain’t real Thai.” Well, Mom — I cried. Mission accomplished.
